📜 Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms: Confirmation of a booking with Bijoux Apartments constitutes the guest's acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions and the House Rules.

1. Bookings and Payments

• Confirmation: The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the full payment amount, as specified at the time of booking.
• Prices: Prices are those quoted at the time of booking and include VAT and local taxes, unless otherwise specified.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon arrival to cover any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents.

2. Cancellation Policy

• The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking is the one accepted during the booking process.
• In the event of cancellation by the guest, penalties established by that policy will apply.
• In the event of cancellation by Bijoux Apartments due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances, the guest will first be offered an alternative property. Should an alternative property not be available, the guest will receive a full refund.

3. Damage and Guest Responsibility

• Property Damage: The guest is responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage caused to the property, its furnishings, or its contents during the stay. Bijoux Apartments reserves the right to charge the booking holder for the cost of repair or replacement of such items.
• Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if the guest severely violates the House Rules, causes excessive disturbance, or endangers the safety of others.
• Personal Items: Bijoux Apartments is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left unattended on the property.

4. Final Provisions

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
