Cancellation and Early Departure Policy Bijoux Sofia Apartments

To ensure a worry-free booking and maximum transparency in our relationship, we have defined the following guidelines regarding stay cancellations and early departures. Thank you for choosing our property: our conditions are tailored based on the length of stay, with the aim of offering you the necessary flexibility while, at the same time, protecting the availability of our apartments for all guests.

1. Short Stays (1-9 nights)

• Cancellation: * Free up to 7 days before check-in.
• 50% charge between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in
• No refund within 48 hours of check-in
• Early Departure: No refund for unused nights

2. Medium Stays (10-27 nights)

• Cancellation: * Free up to 14 days before check-in.
• 50% charge between 14 and 7 days before check-in
• No refund within 7 days of check-in
• Early Departure: No refund for unused nights once the stay has begun

3. Long Stays (28+ nights)

• Cancellation: * Free up to 30 days before check-in
• Deposit (25%) retained after this deadline
• Early Departure (Premature check-out):
• First month: The payment of the first monthly installment (first 30 days) is always non-refundable, regardless of the actual departure date.
• From the second month onwards: It is possible to shorten the stay by providing a minimum notice of 15 days. The guest is required to pay until the notice period expires.
• The remaining nights beyond the notice period will be refunded.
• The guest is responsible for the payment of all nights included in the notice period. If the guest leaves without notice, the 15 days following the communication will still be charged.
