- Respect and Quiet Time: We kindly ask you to maintain respectful behavior and minimize noise, especially during nighttime hours (generally between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM).

- Guest Capacity: The property can only accommodate the number of people specified in the booking confirmation. Unauthorized extra guests are not permitted to stay overnight.

- No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our properties. We kindly ask you to use designated outdoor areas (balconies or terraces) if permitted. Any violations will result in a special cleaning fee being charged.

- Parties and Events: In compliance with local regulations and out of respect for our neighbors, the organization of parties, events, or large gatherings is strictly forbidden in all our facilities.

- Care of the Property: Please treat the accommodation and the provided equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage or breakage caused during your stay.
